Administrative DepartmentWhen I entered the company, Acrodea had just been established. I saw an opportunity to participate in creating the accounting system as a way of augmenting my own experience and skill. As expected, the days have been exceedingly filled since starting my job here, but the work is fulfilling and rewarding. Since I had hoped to extend the range of my work, to upgrade my professional skills, and to challenge my own potential, the opportunity has provided me with fantastic career development as a specialist, in concert with my manager and colleagues, and in step with the growth of Acrodea.
Acrodea is growing its business results every year in step with creative research and development. Not surprisingly, new work emerges in rapid succession. As the company grows, resolving the numerous issues among the various departments becomes part of the excitement in a young company. Communicating among staff with distinctive personalities becomes an important task. Those who can respond flexibly to input should be able to develop all sorts of skills rapidly.
Marketing DepartmentBrimming with engineering and development capacity, Acrodea was the choice that met my desire to become involved in IT products. My knowledge workout involves daily, active discussions with engineers in order to elevate my own technical understanding. My current goal is to become an all-around "producer". Creative sales activities include project planning and development, as well as total project execution that involves business development. I look forward to working with people who have goals of achieving something tangible.
Business operations at Acrodea are unfolding not just within Japan, but internationally, too. Consequently, we issue promotional activities and press releases for products and developed technologies globally. Ever since our stock was listed publicly, the tension in this work has increased from the inevitable stock market reaction. In marketing activities, we certainly must correctly communicate our products and technologies, but comprehension and analytical power to learn precisely of needs held by customers and the markets are also required. I serve in a role to drive the business within a team equipped with the capacity to plan and execute also.
Engineering DepartmentAcrodea assigns different development tasks to each team—crack teams of just a few people that can develop products in a freethinking atmosphere. With so many characteristic individuals here, opinions can clash, but the development work together with people who have a high degree of professionalism is very fulfilling. The entire team participates from the design phase, so that all are able to follow along in the event of any interim problem. The culture here encourages engineers to challenge the limits continually. I am truly pleased when the customer recognizes the product, and validates my joy of creating. At Acrodea, colleagues are on hand to enable the best ideas, and the environment to sharpen one's career and skills is close at hand.
Aim for Creation of Unique Mobile Technologies
I joined the company to develop a unique mobile technology that can achieve global domination. Although seemingly rash, we start believing in its possibilities by debating it amongst ourselves. That is the biggest attraction here. We start thinking seriously that dreams will come true by working on products together. Effort, however, is necessary to achieve dreams, and for conceptualizing the usage of our developed products among users. The latter is the most difficult, but definitely rewarding theme. Acrodea has many projects for those who wish to work patiently on a development theme, and for those who wish to challenge themselves continuously. I heartily welcome those who can participate in achieving our dreams.
